Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility. This offer is available to new trackr iO customers who have not previously held a trackr iO subscription. Existing iON customers are not eligible. Limit one offer per business.
- Requirements. To qualify, you must: (a) provide a valid credit card at enrollment; (b) complete a product demo with a Fluidra trackr iO team member; (c) be an active member of the Fluidra Rewards Program at any status level or enroll in the program at signup; and (d) complete an onboarding meeting with a trackr iO representative to assist with data migration and training
- Promotional Period. The 12-month promotional period begins on the date your account is activated and runs for 12 consecutive months. The offer covers subscription fees for trackr iO only.
- Billing After the Promotional Period. Your card will not be charged during the promotional period. Unless you cancel before the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate, charged to the card on file. You will be notified prior to being charged.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by requesting cancellation on the trackr iO payment page.
- General. This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other trackr iO promotions. Fluidra reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time. Offer valid beginning September 24, 2026. Void where prohibited.
